Serene.
I long for this place.
Not just the quiet solitude of God’s creation, but the rest in my soul.
Do you have a place like that?
An area of safety where you are free.
Free from demands, free from distractions, free from “life.”
Every time I leave I wonder how I can take a piece of this place with me.
Longing.
My soul longs for this freedom.
Freedom from this world.
Total connection with my Creator.
To live.
Not this worldly life.
But life with Him.
Like running barefoot in the grass.
Shameless.
My soul longs for this serenity.
A good place to be.
